| I. Background | |
| ITGA2 又称整合素亚基α2，别名CD49B、GPⅠa，是位于人类5 号染色体5q11 .2 区域 的蛋白编码基因，编码由1181 个氨基酸组成的I 型跨膜蛋白，广泛表达于皮肤、肾上腺、 上皮细胞、内皮细胞等多种组织与细胞中。它作为胶原蛋白的核心跨膜受体，常与β1亚基 形成异二聚体，顺利获得胞外MIDAS 结构域特异性识别I 型、IV 型胶原的特征序列，介导血 小板与细胞外基质的黏附，其功能缺失与9 型血小板出血性疾病直接相关，相关自身抗体 还可引发新生儿同种免疫性血小板减少症。 | |
